How to use

Drop in your screenshots
Add PNG captures up to 50 MB apiece. They line up in a numbered list, and that numbering is exactly how the finished document will be paged.

Fix the sequence
Read the list against your steps. Remove any capture that's out of place using the trash icon, then add it back so it falls at the end.

Generate the PDF
Press Convert to PDF. The document assembles locally with pdf-lib and saves as images.pdf, every page matching its screenshot's exact dimensions.

Common questions
Will my screenshots stay sharp after becoming a PDF?
Yes, because nothing is resampled. Each PNG is embedded losslessly and its page is sized to the image, so a 2560 by 1440 capture becomes a 2560 by 1440 page. Blur only appears when tools rescale images to fit paper, and this one never does.
Does the png to pdf converter handle transparent images?
It does; PNG alpha is preserved in the embedded image. Most PDF viewers display transparent regions against white, so a transparent screenshot reads normally on screen while keeping its alpha data intact.
How large a document can I build from PNG captures?
Each file can be up to 50 MB and there's no fixed page count. Since images embed without re-encoding, the PDF's size is roughly the sum of the PNGs, worth remembering if a ticket system caps attachments.
Where does my data go when I convert png to pdf online here?
Nowhere. The document is assembled in your browser by pdf-lib, no upload involved, which matters when screenshots show customer accounts or internal dashboards.
Why isn't there a fit-to-A4 option in this PNG converter?
Because fitting means rescaling, and rescaling is what blurs screenshots. Pages match image dimensions instead, and printing scales down losslessly at print time. To standardize page sizes, resize the images beforehand with Image Resizer.
Should screenshots be converted as PNG or turned into JPGs first?
Keep them PNG the whole way. Converting UI captures to JPG introduces edge artifacts around text before the PDF is even built. JPG is for photographs; the JPG to PDF page covers that side.
